Employee Management

To add a new employee, simply enter all required information and click the Save button. The employee can now use the TCS Timeclock to clock in and out during the day.

With Timeclock Solutions, you can automatically deduct lunch and break time spent by your full-time employees. Simply enable the option to use AutoDeduct and enter the times in the text boxes. The times will be automatically deducted from each days work total.

Sick and vacation time calculations? Not a problem with Timeclock Solutions. Simply click the Options... button at the bottom of the Employee's tab. Sick and vacation times are right at your fingertips. You can even use the Update button to automatically keep track of the hours your employees have spent. The date of the last recorded sick time or vacation time calculation is automatically recorded each time you click.
