Technical support is available by either e-mail or phone for registered TCS users.
When you call,
please have your TCS registration number ready. If you email, please include your registration
number in either the the subject line of your message or on the first line in the body of your
message. You can find your TCS registration number in the TCS Administrator on the Options tab.
Technical support is available 8 AM to 5 PM PST.
